Privacy policy
This policy explains how Zero Gravity (Pvt) Ltd (“Zero Gravity”, “we”, “us”) collects and uses personal data when you visit our website, contact us or join the Nebulo waitlist. We are the controller of that data.

Zero Gravity (Pvt) Ltd is a learning and communication consultancy based in Colombo, Sri Lanka. You can reach us at [email protected], by phone on +94 72 668 4444, or at Bay 06, TRACE Expert City, Maradana Road, Colombo 10, Sri Lanka.
2. What we collect
Information you give us. When you fill in our contact form or join the Nebulo waitlist, we collect your name, role, organisation name and email address, and your contact number if you choose to share it. We also keep any details you share with us in later conversations.
Information collected automatically. When you use our website, we may collect technical data such as your browser type, device, the pages you visit and your approximate location based on your IP address. We collect some of this through cookies, as explained in section 10.
3. How we use your data
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange a consultation.
- To manage the Nebulo waitlist and send you launch updates.
- To run, secure and improve our website.
- To meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
We do not sell your personal data.
4. Our legal basis
We process your data with your consent, to take steps you ask for before entering a contract, for our legitimate interests in running and improving our business, or where the law requires it. We follow Sri Lanka’s Personal Data Protection Act, No. 9 of 2022, and other data protection laws that apply to you, such as the GDPR.
5. Who we share it with
We share personal data only with trusted service providers who help us run our business, such as website hosting, email and analytics providers. They may use it only to provide their services to us. We may also share data with professional advisers, or with authorities where the law requires it.
6. International transfers
Some of our service providers may store data outside Sri Lanka. When this happens, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect it.
7. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details indefinitely. We keep waitlist details indefinitely, unless you ask us to remove you.
8. How we protect it
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse or unauthorised access.
9. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to withdraw your consent at any time. To make a request, email [email protected]. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Data Protection Authority of Sri Lanka or to the data protection regulator where you live.
10. Cookies
Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use:
- Essential cookies, which make the website work and remember your cookie choice. These are always on.
- Analytics cookies, which help us understand how visitors use the website so we can improve it. We use these only if you accept them.

Our website is meant for professionals and is not directed at children under 18.
